LARRY LLOYD, B.A., B. Ed.

Sales Representative

Licensed in Durham Region since 1989, Larry offers superior knowledge in every aspect of residential real estate. He has created a truly unique and strategic program to market and SELL homes! His exceptional negotiating skills make him highly effective in representing both buyers and sellers.

Clients enjoy Larry's upbeat professionalism. He makes the process fun rather than stressful by educating his clients in advance and listening intently to ensure they meet their needs. Moreover, they can appreciate the safe, pressure-free environment he provides.

Larry chose to associate with Keller Williams because of their consummate professionalism in the industry and is proud to be their #1 Real Estate representative in the Durham Region and ranked in the top 20 in Canada. In addition, he has created a network of associates that include some of the best lenders, inspectors, contractors and appraisers in the area.

On a personal note, Larry has lived in Durham Region for most of his life. When he is not working, you can find him on the golf course or shooting hoops in the gym. Larry has been married for twenty years to a very understanding wife, Lorraine, and together they are proud parents of daughters, Britni and Brooke.

TRACY MULLIN
Tracy oversees all Real Estate transactions handled by the team. Tracy has developed new marketing systems to increase the exposure of your listing, as well as actively prospects for buyers and sellers, lists properties, negotiates agreements, gives sellers valuable feedback from buyers on a weekly basis, and oversees the sale/marketing process of all homes.

Tracy's clients love her caring and supportive nature which makes everyone feel like they've known her for years. Tracy has a strong following of clients who continue to seek out her expertise.

Tracy has received numerous awards for her excellence in Real Estate. Tracy's success has made her a sought after mentor by many of her peers and she has appeared numerous times as a guest panelist at Real Estate seminars held by Richard Robbins International, a renowned resource centre for Top Realtors in North America.

Tracy is actively involved in the community and has been on the Board of Directors for Cornerstone Community Association (CCA) since 1996. The CCA is a homeless shelter, which serves all of Durham Region.

On a personal note, Tracy has lived in Durham Region for most of her life. When she's not working, you can find Tracy on the golf course or spending time with her daughters, Alanna and Kayla
